Mijas Pueblo, The white washed village

Our villa is only about 2 km’s from Mijas Pueblo, with it’s stunning views across the Costa del Sol, Gibraltar, the Atlas Mountains and over to the African coastline.

The village is a traditional Spanish village, perched on a mountainside, over four hundred meters above sea level, with restaurants and bars perched on the cliff edge.

In summer there are regular pop music concerts at the open air bullring.

The village itself consists of many narrow streets, some cobbled, with whitewashed houses adorned with flowers.

The views are breathtaking, and it’s a perfect place for hiking and hill walking.

The streets of Mijas Pueblo are very tourist friendly, and are full of independent shops selling hand made local crafts and products.
